The office manager works directly under the Executive Director. The office manager serves as the primary administrative support to the executive director by performing a wide variety of confidential office, technical, clerical and para professional administrative duties; exhibits detailed familiarity with board functions; researches, analyzes and prepares administrative projects and reports; performs accounting budgeting and fiscal oversight related to accounts payables/ receivables; and assists with development/administration of program budgets; collects/ calculates data on projected expenditures; monitors Grant balances.
Acceptable experience and training: completion of bachelor's degree in business admin., public admin., or related field. At least 5 years of experience in office management, administrative support and fiscal oversight OR any Equivalent Combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Salary: $55-65K DOE.
