Experience in installing and configuration of computer/printer and attach networks connections, software packaging such as operating systems, word processing or spreadsheet programs and installs and maintains agency security system and wiring. Able to establishes internet connections and maintain LAN, WLAN and WAN accessibility. Experience instructing users in the use of equipment, software and manuals. Must be able to analyze and resolve user problems related to work stations and/or communications line and perform routine maintenance on agency operating systems. Must have excellent telephone, computer, clerical and organizational skills; with the ability to multi-task, handle; sensitive/confidential information, able to work independently and in fast-paced environment. Must be willing to travel across the agencies (19) nineteen county service area.
