The SSVF Coordinator is responsible for managing the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) Grant Program in a manner that ensures compliance with the program guidelines and the approved grant application.
The Program Coordinator must be licensed as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in the state of Arkansas, and they must have at least three years supervisory experience in leading and developing employees.
Candidate must possess strong oral and written communication skills, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong sense of accountability. The Coordinator must be able to manage multiple projects, be flexible with priorities, present oneself and the agency professionally to internal and external audiences, work with people of diverse socio-economic backgrounds, and to show sensitivity to the needs of the homeless.
