Administrative Officer & Controller
The Camden Housing Authority is seeking a highly motivated, multi-tasking individual to be their Administrative Officer & Controller. This individual will be responsible for, but not limited to, all Accounts Payable (coding invoices, entering invoices, and printing checks) for Public Housing & Section 8, overseeing the Housing Authority's overall budget, HUD reporting, auditing & accounting practices.
Ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of Public Housing & Section 8.
This position requires oversite of three additional offices to include staffing. This position reports directly to the Executive Director.
Qualifications must include a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 5+ years of experience in a housing related field. Salary is commensurate with experience and education and will be negotiated during the selection process.
